Commissions

Okay, sooo, first of all:  This is not really a business anymore.  I do not enjoy making cakes unless every one is a completely unique work of art, and I cannot produce completely unique works of food-art efficiently enough to be profitable.

BUT!  You can request commissions.  I am most likely to take you up on your offer if you give me several weeks advance notice, and if you give me as much leeway as possible as to the flavor and design.  (I am sick of making chocolate raspberry cake.  Some of my other delicious recipes could use more love.)

Cakes are currently available in 6", 8", or 9".  I can do two or three layers but I prefer doing three.  My 12" pans are still in Maryland, but I will hall them over to this coast eventually.

Pricing is done on an individual basis.  This is a labor of love, and payment is symbolical, more than anything.
